University of Cattolica Scholarships for African students

The University of Cattolica invites African students to study in Italy. The University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC) in Italy, as part of its mission to foster relationships with developing countries, developed a special program the for students from the African continent.

The University of Cattolica Africa Scholarships program will enable students to study selected Master’s degree programs taught in English at UCSC’s Milan, Piacenza and Cremona Campuses. And offers scholarship opportunities for 1-year English-taught Specializing Masters as well.




UCSC Italy is pleased to offer partial African scholarships in the fields of study listed below for the 2016/2017 academic year for eligible students from Africa.

The 1-year Specializing Master is a professionalizing program that provides, practical knowledge and training through coursework and internships or project action work, during a period of 12 to 15 months.

Number of Awards

Up to 47 scholarships are being offered for the 2016/2017 academic session.

Fields of Study

2-year Graduate Degrees (M.Sc. taught in English)

  1. Banking and Finance (Milan campus)
  2. Economics (Milan campus)
  3. Management (Milan campus)
  4. Agricultural and Food Economics (Piacenza-Cremona campus)
  5. International Management, Legislation and Society (Piacenza-Cremona campus)

1-year Specializing Master:

1st level Specializing Masters – Undertaken after the completion of an Undergraduate degree

Milan campus

  1. Master in Corporate Communication
  2. Master in Strategic Management for Global Business
  3. Master in International Business
  4. Master in International Business – Executive
  5. Master in International Marketing Management
  6. Master in Luxury Goods Management
  7. Master in Luxury Goods Management – Executive (part-time)
  8. Master in International Relations
  9. Master in International Cooperation and Development
  10. Master in Middle Eastern Studies
  11. Master in Arts Management
  12. Master in International Screenwriting and Production

Piacenza campus

  1. Master in Viticulture & Enology

2nd level Specializing Masters – Undertaken after the completion of a Graduate degree (e.g. Master diploma)

  1. Master in Economics and Finance

Scholarship Benefits

Through this Program all accepted applicants will be offered tuition fee reductions. However, students will still be responsible for their own living expenses, hence the University of Cattolica Africa Program is not a program through which full scholarships can be obtained.

Deadline

Round 1: March 16 – April 15, 2016

Round 2: April 16 – May 15, 2016

It is advisable that African Students apply before April 16/2016
